Architectural Excellence : When an over-crowded maze of single and double-wide trailers began to negatively affect project progress, Treviicos Soletanche JV selected a modular office building as the solution. The office building allowed the general contractor to consolidate resources and personnel. This made for a more efficient running of the $584 million dam rehabilitation project. A site was selected to minimize disturbance and expedite the delivery requirements while still meeting the needs of the contractors. The new 12 section modular facility, located on the east side of the Wolf Creek Dam, features 15 private offices, three sizable conference rooms, and two large cubicle areas.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : A minimum of R-15 insulation in the ceiling space, R-11 insulation in the walls, and R-22 insulation below the sub-floor was provided. The accelerated design and manufacturing, coupled with simultaneous site preparation, enabled the general contractor to seamlessly occupy the building while staying on schedule for their long-term rehabilitation project.
