Architectural Excellence : Teamed with renowned international architectural firm, DMJM. Bank design is reflective of the surrounding retail center while defining its own architectural statement. Entrance is set back, shaded, and framed by a cantilevered roof deck overhang and floating entry feature. Finishes include, EIFS, slate, and stone.

Monolithic slate arch provides architectural interest, focal point for signage, and shade. Colors, tones & hues found in the stone & slate are used on the building exterior. Architectural detail is added to the drive through teller by creating oversized support columns matching the stone façade.

The Interior features contemporary furnishings, bold color accents, elegant, warm wood & ceramic tiled and carpeted floors.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Being the first to market means capturing market share in new markets. Potential revenues make the choice of accelerated modular construction easy. Extreme desert summers require energy efficiency.

Exterior walls are steel 6” studs with 1” insulation board for a net R-value of 25 for the wall system. The EFIS exterior uses 1” insulation board for a net R-value of 25 for the wall system.
