Architectural Excellence : In Baltimore, two car dealerships owned by MileOne Auto Group underwent renovations in the same shared parking lot. With limited space, it was important that majority be utilized for car inventories while the remaining space be allocated for separate sales and service buildings; a request that WillScot fulfilled through the use of a two-piece building design. The first building consisted of five units while the second building was comprised of seven units, using only 12 parking spaces and leaving plenty of room for car inventory. In addition to fulfilling the client’s site requests, WillScot worked closely with MileOne Auto Group to fulfill their interior and exterior requests. For the exterior, WillScot’s Graphic Designer, Ben Brown, created a cost effective 4-sided vinyl wrapping for both buildings, showcasing the car brands. Likewise, WillScot outfitted the interior of the buildings with rented chairs, desks, restrooms, and everything their team needed to be able to work.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : WillScot worked efficiently alongside Ammon Heisler Sachs to modify a pre-approved building design that was both cost effective and fulfilled all site requirements. Additionally, we collaborated with our local crane company, Williams Crane, to install 12 Flex modular buildings onsite in under 3 hours, saving the dealership time and money by eliminating another day the dealership would typically be shutdown for renovations.
