Architectural Excellence : The building is a blended mix of Quad style living units complete with Private Baths and full Kitchens and Common spaces that house well appointed amenities. These amenities include large open Social areas, Quiet study spaces and a full 24 hour fitness center.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The ability of the WMI team to understand the clients needs and translate that into an overall plan that allowed for more completion in the factory greatly reduced the costs of the construction for the Owner. Furthermore the fact that WMI was the /general Contractor eliminated any redundancy in scope of work cost typically seen in these scenarios.
