The Treviso Bay Sales Center breaks the mold of many modular trailers by using subterranean supports so that the base of the structure sits at ground level, resulting in a look remarkably like permanent construction. The trailers were further engineered to support a stylish stucco exterior while the use of additional trusses allowed for the intricate façade to be built directly onto the unit. Innovative interior techniques include walls built with sheet rock throughout the unit and 9'0" interior ceiling heights allowing for maximum lighting both natural and constructed.
