Architectural Excellence : The project presented several challenges. It was 8 units that were to be placed inside an existing facility. There were height and width constraints. We had an aisle measuring 11 ft wide and 11 ft high and had to move the units 300 yards into the facility. We designed the modules into sizes that we could manipulate into place. We placed the hot water heaters in a central location outside the modules to take advantage of space. This made the plumbing connections and drain locations very important in the design. We used rear discharge water closets to help with keeping the height to a minimum.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The plant that these are located in is always changing , so the client has the ability to move units to different area if needed.
