Architectural Excellence : The Strada at Mercato Sales Center was designed to incorporate upscale condominium living and the tropical Southwest Florida environment surrounding the structure. Oversized windows overlook the real estate project providing the common area with views of both the development and natural worlds. The abundance of natural light is further enhanced with discreet interior low voltage halogen lighting. A 9’0 ceiling creates an atmosphere that highlights the displays and exhibit materials within the structure. Strategically placed offices offer sales associates privacy without compromising client accessibility or visibility. Externally, the structure appears to mimic the architecture of the residential community as well as the surrounding retail businesses without being obtrusive or typical to modular design.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : All local codes were adhered to during the manufacturing of the modular structure. This simplified the installation and alleviated expensive onsite construction minimizing the environmental impact on the Strada site. The white EPDN rubber roof provides an additional layer of energy efficiency by reflecting
the rays of the strong Florida sun.

Technical Innovation : The unique design and construction executed in the Strada at Mercato Sales Center incorporates quality materials with engineering and design elements to create an elegant real estate presentation specific facility. The placement of the structure opens the floor plan and gives the appearance of a larger size structure that moves beyond the typical modular office. The design required us to build with open spans thus allowing for the maximum amount of lighting both natural and constructed. The minimal use of bearing walls allows ease of movement and unobstructed viewing of all sales materials and displays throughout the interior.
