Architectural Excellence : Our relocatable commercial office building is comprised of six conjoined modules resulting in one large 72’X60’ building consisting of 4,320 square feet. This structure includes fourteen separate office spaces, a reception area, a copy area, an IT room, a supply room, and a break area. The client needed a temporary office space that would serve their functional as well as atmospheric needs. Central reception and break areas surrounded by office units lining the perimeter make for a welcoming atmosphere that is also practical and utilizes the limited temporary space available to the client. Abundant windows present throughout the structure invite in natural light which fosters a tranquil and homey office atmosphere. This modular unit serves as temporary office space for Ron Carter Automotive in Alvin, TX.
