The project involves the arrangement of the elements in isolation, and that are located along the heights of level naturally without generating large platforms that break with the original slope of the place, also contributes to achieving this it is to get as result full views of the valley that makes the project more attractive.

The buildings are arranged through a central axis distribution and circulation, which converge toward the edifio common areas (reception, lounge and dining room).

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Our main focus during the design phase was not only construction costs, but operating costs. In this sense, the use of water in the place, treating, to optimize its use for guests consumption and irrigation of green areas are considered. On the other hand, for energy efficiency it was used thermal panels windows and electronic locks that suspend the power supply to the absence of the guest.
