Architectural Excellence : To support the space requirements of an expanding business, Tecno Fast ATCO built a new office facility utilizing renovated units from our rental fleet. The main floor houses a comfortable lobby area with gourmet coffee point, low couches, pleasant lighting, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. The second floor features an open plan office and a fitness facility. Large windows throughout the office allow the ingress of natural light, while providing views over our modular manufacturing plant, service yard and the Andes Mountains in the distance. The two-storey building uses repurposed modular buildings of different lengths, resulting in an interesting facade with a clearly defined and inviting entryway. Located on Ruta 5, the main north/south highway in Chile, the office serves as a highly visible advertisement for our company and our capabilities. Our brand is re-enforced by the application of our corporate colours and extensive signage to the exterior of the building.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Rather than disposing of these older fleet units, they were brought back to life with extensive renovation and reconfiguration. Using existing units allowed us to reduce the overall cost and environmental impact of the project while also shortening the project schedule.

Technical Innovation : While a significant upgrade from our standard rental fleet, the building incorporates many of our typical building methods and materials in unique ways. Examples include the use of exterior metal siding as an interior decorative finish and exposed structural steel posts.
