Architectural Excellence : The exterior design for this project consists of a site installed standing seam roof over a wood truss system supported by stone enclosed steel columns. The full length covered porch along the front of the building provides a neighborly feel. Eight large windows present a very open look and bring natural light into the space. Taped, textured, and painted interior walls, plastic laminate doors, acoustical T-Grid suspended ceiling and custom cabinetry were used to match the interior of existing branches. A perimeter frame was used to enable the building to set directly on the ground giving the look of a permanent building.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : ATCO Structures & Logistics (USA) Inc. designed and manufactured this bank to meet current codes. Among other features, the building had T-8 Parabolic lighting; Low E insulated windows, and fully insulated interior partitions for sound attenuation. The covered porch and roof overhang shade the building and minimize the amount of direct sunlight thus reducing energy consumption. Total timeline for manufacturing, transportation and installation was 21 days. This timely process allowed the customer to begin onsite work on the building sooner than originally expected.
