Architectural Excellence : The Texas drilling sector requires a company man executive to be on the rig site 24 hours a day. Britco’s Executive Wellsite was designed specifically to meet the executive's housing needs during his off shift hours. The building is divided into two quadrants, each with an oversized bedroom and large washroom with oversized shower. The common living room area was sunken 6” and has a reclining massage sofa, laminate flooring, accent lighting, a large flat screen TV and custom cabinetry. It also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, an eating area and a stacked washer/ dryer for onsite laundry needs. Each bedroom includes a custom built queen bed with storage drawers below, a night table and large walk-in closet.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The building is a very cost-effective housing solution for executives or company men who are required to stay right at the rig site. It meets all the energy requirements set out by the IECC, and it can easily be relocated hundreds of miles to a new rig location in the same day. Because it was manufactured off site, there is no impact to the land at the drilling rig site or to the company during construction.

Technical Innovation : The steel handling skid was specially designed to facilitate the sunken floor on the interior of the building. The plumbing drain system was totally manifolded within the module to avoid exterior freeze ups in inclement weather.
