Architectural Excellence : This “L” shaped 96’x70’ modular building is being used as a medical office to for two Physicians. It needed to be designed to fit into a certain area on the existing parking lot with trees. Therefore, we had to get creative with overall building size and the layout of the site-built metal decking.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Modular construction was requested since it provided a quicker occupancy than stick-built. They also needed the flexibility of relocating the building, in case the Hospital needed this area for future growth. The modular and ramp were designed so that the existing mature landscape would not need to be replaced.

Technical Innovation : We had the manufacture provide cut outs on the back modular to go around existing trees, since we could not prune any of the trees. We provided casework throughout the modular for the reception area, nursing stations, exam rooms, and lab room.
