Architectural Excellence : Sundance Ridge is a recent addition to Rodrock Development’s portfolio. As Rodrock’s communities feature the finest homes and amenities, Sundance Ridge needed a sales center equal to that high-end profile. Initially, Rodrock management considered a traditional mobile office for their needs but changed their minds after touring the Flex™ product. It was unlike any other modular office they had seen. Flex is a panelized, ground-level office with a modern and fresh look. For Sundance Ridge, a 40’ x 24’ configuration using six Flex units was decided upon and built on a poured-concrete base. Six large-format window panels were installed on both the north and south sides of the building to offer prospective buyers a spectacular view of the property. The interior features two private offices, a restroom, a kitchenette, a conference room and a open area showcasing their scaled view of the planned community. Landscaping was chosen to complement the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Beyond its modern look, Flex™ can also be installed faster than a traditional modular unit, reducing time to occupancy. LED lights, motion-detecting light switches and insulated double-panel windows combine to make Flex energy-efficient and cost-effective.
