Architectural Excellence : Canned lighting was used as the primary light source through out the building to spot-light furnishings, display boards and create an overall warm effect. Offices, restrooms and break room were positioned around the perimeter of building to open up a large central display area. Installation of custom carpet, a beautifully tiled entrance, rich window treatments and additional decorative lighting complete the luxurious space.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : We were able to make this building cost effective by having the factory install raw sheet rock and leave the building carpet ready. Tape, texture, and paint were done at site resulting in a flawless finish. Custom flooring was installed after the building was assembled. Additionally the building is cost effective due to the semi- permanent foundation allowing the building to be relocate-able.

Technical Innovation : Although the building will remain part of our lease fleet, the customer did not want a sales office that felt temporary. To accomplish this, the building was set in a pit to hide the axles. A Concrete walkway and artfully designed landscaping come right up to the building to give a look of permanence. Because of the clear span roof design, support posts were not an obstacle for decorating. Cosmetic walls and pillars were added at site after the building was assembled to support a fireplace and other design elements.
