The unit creates a functional & aesthetically appeasing installation which blends into the unique repurposed landscape.
- The installation boasts comfortable access as a public space, while respecting the conformity for Wheelchair access in between washroom container modules of 40’ HC container and 10’ Standard container single wide.
- Compact interior design for efficient space use, and durable & washable interior finish for public use and easy maintenance.
- Barrier free design was respected and integrated in our modular construction
- Clear functional organization: 40’ high cube container serves as the main washroom. And the 10’ standard container serves as a mechanical and Electrical support module.
- Rich and relevant colored exterior façade integration into the multicultural downtown Toronto landscape.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : - Fabrication in the factory, and minimal time on site reduces the duration of construction and cost.

Green Building Description : - Used Shipping container as base module was recycled and given a second life as a public washroom.
- With highly efficient insulation with R-28 for wall and R-30 for roof, the building requires less energy consumption.
- Minimum environmental impact due to prefabrication allowed installation in 1 day, and less construction work on site which resulted in less waste on site.
