Architectural Excellence : Our sales centre for Square Nine Developments’ Union high rise building could not have been more successful – all of the building’s units were sold within 90 days.

Britco’s design team worked with Square Nine Development’s marketing team to replicate the exact layout and feel of the future building’s units, including a full kitchen, bedroom and living area. The sales centre also included a reception area and private offices for writing contracts and closing deals.

As a sales centre for these modern and sleek condos, the bathroom mimicked those of the future units with quartz counter tops and backsplash, an undermount sink and ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles.

The kitchen portion of the sales centre featured modern high-gloss cabinetry, quartz countertops and marble backsplash.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The developer of this boutique residential high rise was looking for a cost-effective and timely way to showcase and sell the high rise units before the building was complete. The obvious answer to this was a modular sales centre.
