Architectural Excellence : Britco’s goal was to create a building that could be deployed quickly and cost-effectively to a variety of events throughout the Greater Vancouver area. The full building wrap depicts a wide range of community, charitable and sporting activities that represent the company’s core values including teamwork, community involvement, family and active living.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Materials and finishes were chosen for functionality and durability, suitable for a variety of building uses including administration, ticket sales, first aid, changeroom and equipment storage.

The building is donated to a variety of community events including charitable fundraisers and amateur sports and provides a unique opportunity for Britco to give back to the community.

Technical Innovation : The building is very simple in design on a mobile frame that can be easily deployed and set up in any location for a variety of applications. It has electric baseboard heat and a thru-wall HVAC system for ease of setup and is equipped with Tel/Data lines for electronic scoring and record keeping.

The exterior is smooth metal and the graphics installer worked with their product representative to test the adherence and durability of the wrap material on the metal surface.
