Architectural Excellence : The customer wanted an imposing building due to its prominent location with a historic look to carry the theme of their banking philosophy. With that in mind we designed this building to maximize the useable space on their odd shaped corner lot on a highly traveled street. By staggering the modules and radiusing the corner of the front mod we were able to hug the required set-backs while also breaking up the mass of the building and giving all of the elevations a pleasing look
As you enter the lobby of the bank the front corner is set up as comfortable and relaxed seating area with a greeters work station adjacent in an area that shares a lower more intimate ceiling height. Teller row is staggered to carry the theme of the building and to make each teller station more secure for customer transactions than if lined up in a traditional manner.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : By designing and building this bank as a modular we were able to provide our customer with a building with a prominent look in half the time, this gave them the opportunity to establish a presence in an emerging market much faster than their competition while getting a quicker return on their investment.
With features like R-25 insulation in the floor, R-19 in the exterior walls and R-30 in the roof and dual glazed windows and a white reflecting roof this building should be very cost effective for the owner to operate.
