Architectural Excellence : The building is a new, standard Acton model 4864 (48' x 60' building size) floor plan. The interior has VCT floor covering in all corridors, offices, break rooms and storage rooms. Restrooms have ceramic tile on the floors. The interior wall coverings are VCG. Exterior walls are .024 aluminum. Site work included adding ceiling fans, floor outlets and ADA compatible decks and ramps.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Time, cost and ability to meet Seatrax's stringent installation and safety requirements truly illustrates the advantage of modular building. Speed was very important in the final delivery and occupancy, but Seatrax could not ignore its own strict requirements for safety and compliance. While the building is considered permanent, Seatrax understands that it could be moved if its needs change.
