Architectural Excellence : The building exterior was designed to sit on a concrete foundation with a partial full basement component. Stucco exterior finish, James Hardie soffits, copper gutters and downspouts, natural slate roof, Western Fir windows and exterior doors with accordion patio doors exiting out onto the deck area, natural stone exterior accents and two outdoor fire pits. Inside there is a full kitchen, janitors room, library, dining room with custom linear fireplace, lounge with grand entry into the building, exercise room, games room, wet bar. The building was designed specifically to be the centre of the community and positioned to take advantage of the views of the golf course and the lake. Specific intent was taken to have this building be an imposing figure when you first drive into the site, yet feel like it belonged. We wanted to have the building located in the centre of the community and within walking distance to every home. Freeport also built the sales and design centre.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The Sage Creek Clubhouse, as with all our structures, are energy-efficient, durable and precision-built to the highest standards. In our factory-controlled environment, quality is never compromised, building materials and structures are protected from rain, snow, cold and heat, so there is less waste. The building was fully tested – including plumbing, electrical and heating systems – before it left our factory.
