Architectural Excellence : River Pointe Church in Richmond, TX needed additional space for their early childhood care center. The space needed to be able to accommodate several different classrooms within the building and include restroom facilities. Another requirement of River Pointe Church was a space that would match an existing modular building already in place at the church site that was installed several years ago. ModSpace was able to provide a permanent modular building addition for River Pointe Church and meet their desired schedule. The building was designed to match the exterior of their existing building – including matching a high end deck material used on the existing building so that the decks would both appear the same.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : As a non-profit organization that relies on donations from members, River Pointe Church needed a building that would be both functional and economical. Having experienced positive previous results from a modular building solution, River Pointe Church decided to once again choose a modular building as a fast and cost-effective way to add space for their expanding member services for early childhood care programs.

Technical Innovation : The building included several interior and exterior upgrades, including aluminum store front doors, multi-colored floor tiles, and the upgraded deck material to match the existing building. The flooring was installed after the building was setup in order to allow for the multi colored tiles to be used. A turn-key services project, ModSpace provided the site work prior to and after the building arrived on-site – including the installation of the electrical equipment, storm drain, plumbing supply and sewer, and we provided the crushed concrete building pad.
