Architectural Excellence : The 30’ X 60’ state-of-the-art modular medical building we manufactured for Ouachita Parish School Board was purposed as a school-based health center. Internally, the structure is comprised of 11 rooms consisting of restrooms, a break room, triage, employee offices, exam rooms, and more. We manufactured this building with a number of primary considerations: comfort, ease of accessibility, safety, modern/clean design, and energy efficiency. Upon entering the building, one can access a hallway that extends through the entirety of space, each subsequent office/room available to the individual’s left or right, and ending at an emergency exit door. Though the building was installed with permanent placement in mind, its design and build quality allow it to easily be relocated.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Our ongoing relationships with our suppliers and venders allow us to provide higher-quality parts at prices that meet or beat competitive pricing. Additionally, the speed with which we obtain our parts and materials—in combination with our simultaneous in-house manufacturing/on-site land preparation methodology—allows us cut down significantly on man hours. All of these savings are passed on to our clients, the result of which is a superior final product at a fraction of competitive price points. As previously noted, our modular design and durable manufacturing allows for Ouachita to relocate this building with ease and without having to spend a fortune on the process, should the need arise.

Technical Innovation : Because this building was to be purposed as a medical center, we had to take special precautions to help maintain a clean, safe atmosphere—from flooring, to ease of accessibility, to atmospheric conditioning, comfort, and more. Our aim was to take the stereotypical “sterile” environment design that’s commonplace in the medical industry, and give the final product a more modern, approachable design. The final structure resulted in subtle but innovative features not commonly found in modular buildings of this type, or the medical field in general.
All this while taking into account the numerous codes and standards required in the state of Louisiana—some specifics of which include 2012 IBC, 2012 NFPA, 2010 ADA, 2011 NEC, and the 2013 Louisiana State Plumbing Code.
