Appointed with Leather couches, Big Screen LED TV’s & surround sound, custom wood trim, vinyl covered magnesium oxide board walls that are impermeable to moisture, mold & mildew the rec center is a healthy building environment to promote a healthy & social lifestyle. The entertainment room includes two large leather sections, bar seating & carpeted floors. The games room includes a multi-game table & seating for six as well as darts. The weight room is stocked with 2 weight benches,2 dumbbell sets & LED TV’s, the gym has 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes where you can watch TV as you run or take advantage of the view out the oversized vinyl slider windows. Common area with 2 pool tables & seating for 24. Kitchenette with wood cabinets, quartz countertops. Washrooms & Laundry included.

Our methods of production and installation reduce waste & construction timeframes as the majority of the components are pre-assembled & installed. For example each wall section is a pre-assembled Light gauge steel wall system that is pre-designed, pre cut & assembled into the steel building frame. This allows for concurrent production of various systems to be happing on the line at once versus typical stage 1,2,3 manufacturing. Hands-on engineering along with our manufacturing staff has highlighted numerous cost saving procedures now implemented in production. The steel frame units are easily transported in various ways.

Every component is evaluated for its purpose and we are continually sourcing new products including LED lighting, Energy efficient and energy star appliances.
