Architectural Excellence : Reborn Christian Academy came to VESTA Modular wanting to relocate their High School Students from their existing Brick and Mortar building to a series of Modular Classrooms the original plan was to utilize 12 24x36 single classroom portables each with a Restroom

Cost Energy Effectiveness : VESTA Modular, showed that by doing this his Cost for Mechanical Connections, ADA Ramp requirements, and Fire and Security systems would be greatly reduced. Not to mention that reducing the number of exterior doors would add to the security of the Complex.

Green Building Description : When the Reborn Christian came to us, their initial plan was to utilize 12 Smaller, Individual single Classroom Units each with a single restroom. This would have required 12 water and sewer taps. With the 3 Buildings we provided, only 3 water and sewer taps were required increasing efficiency and decreasing overall water usage.

Technical Innovation : After consulting with Pastor Edwin Ramirez, we advised that we could utilize 1 96x70 8 Classroom building with adequate restroom facilities for General Education Classrooms, 1 28x70 Classroom for a Vocational Training Classroom and Admin Office and 1 28x60 to be utilized as a Therapy Office these buildings were in our Lease Inventory.
