Cost Energy Effectiveness : Due to the high security use of the buildings we were required to meet or exceed the customers requiremtns. This was a fast track project on a short time frame so value engineering was not a strong option for us. All materials met or exceeded codes and industry standards. We worked closely with our Prime Contractor in developing a scope of work that would enhance our opportunites to meet the deadline schedules without comprimising the Modspace standards of quality. All work was perforemd on site with the daily watchful eye of our customer and all associated companies. We worked as team in detail to ensure that at the end of the project our customer would be very satisfied. This project was a high success in meeting all of the timing and specification demands of a high security govenment project.

Architectural Excellence : The original use of the buildings were government Barricks. The layout was completely remodeled to fit the customers need. Layout challenges we overcame included turning a large shower area into offices, reconfiguring offices into conference rooms, turning a janitors closet into a high tech data room and working with the custom furniture layout to ensure all of the required space needs were met. The exterior was enhanced to exceed the customers expectations. This site is located at a highly visible intersection with an on base residential neighborhood across the street. All color selections were determined based on the local environment as well as the high visibility expectations. Due to the sensitivity of the equipment inside the building all exterior trim was re-cauled as well as the roof mod caps re-worked to ensure that we minimize the moisture entering the building. We combined 3 seperate 7 plex units connected via sidewalks that were enclosed in a high security fence

Technical Innovation : The communication and working equipment that the customer was using is high security and a high level of techicality. These buildings came from out in fleet solutions of previous use which contributed to the re-design needs of particular areas. We worked directly with the data comm contractor to ensure proper tray carry to not deteriate the main beem roof loads. We also worked closly with the customer to ensure the existing boiler room was compatible with the water flow needs of the building. New offices were added of which we disigned the existing lighting, electrical and mechanical to best fit the office needs.
