Architectural Excellence : The 24’ x 60’ Deluxe Sales Office is designed for a professional sales environment. The French grid windows and fifteen light doors create a welcoming and attractive entrance. The large windows and fifteen light doors create a bright and open interior. The 9’ interior ceilings create a more open, inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan allows for the contractor to host meetings and entertain high profile guests on site.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Dual Pane, bronze tint windows are beneficial for energy efficiency as well as an E-max water heater for the restroom. The interior walls are finished with a white textured Vinyl Luan. It is similar to tape and texture yet is durable for these temporary offices.

Technical Innovation : Although the unit is part of our lease fleet, due to limited space at the job site the two 12’ x 60’ modular sections were craned atop a three story parking structures at the Qualcomm office complex in San Diego, CA. The units were then assembled while atop the structure. The recessed double french doors with full side lights give the unit a very attractive exterior appearance to match the surrounding area. The interior mounted gutters and downspouts give the unit maximum drainage with out taking away from the appearance of the structure.
