Architectural Excellence : This was a very unique project due to the site where expansion was needed, to accommodate the school’s student population. The project consisted of four (4) separate units, connected in an L-shape design. The Interior consisted of VCT flooring with textured ceilings and walls, a T Grid drop ceiling, and Hardi panel exterior siding, installed with a modern design concept on site. The foundation system was below grade pier and beam system, due to the permanent modular construction site that was requested and implemented.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : This design build project was a cost effective and time saving solution, to accommodate the schools’ need for office and Physical Education space. Using modular cuts down a significant amount of time and costs, which was an effective and successful solution for the customer.

Technical Innovation : The new addition to the school was constructed across the street from their existing school, to better facilitate their Physical Education program. To complement the existing surrounding buildings, decks ramps and stairs, Aries installed a stained wood skirting system along all sides of the building. The interior of the modular building was taped, textured, and painted on site upon installation, to provide custom look and feel. This innovative design concept included structural support for a soundproof accordion door, which allowed the customer better utilization and provided the option to divide their space as needed and to accommodate their student population.
