Architectural Excellence : Williams Scotsman in partnership with Southeast Modular manufactured and installed a healthcare care clinic fully equipped with thirteen exam rooms, six check-in stations, five dental exam rooms, dental x-ray, dental lab, and full immunization center equipped with a station for blood work. In an effort to blend seamlessly with its surroundings, a porch was constructed and an exterior stucco finish was applied on site. The facility also has 400 linear feet of custom cabinetry work installed.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The Poinciana clinic utilized high-efficiency HVAC units with the WERV option to provide year round comfort for the building occupants. The facility incorporated 93 occupancy sensors, white-EPDM roofing, T-8 electronic ballasts, R-19 insulation in 2x6 walls, and high impact doors and windows.

Technical Innovation : Williams Scotsman collaborated with Bumpus & Associates and Southeast Modular to design, build, and deliver the 11,000 sq. ft. clinic. Since the building was going to be set at grade the concrete floors were poured in the factory. And to limit site coordination issues the team decided to incorporate the installation of the vacuum and copper air lines into the manufacturing process. The facility also includes circulating pumps for hot water and lead lined walls for the x-ray equipment.
