Architectural Excellence : The Resun New Orleans branch played a critical role in helping to rebuild the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. School districts, General Contractors and medical centers all over the area partnered with Resun to get their operations back on their feet as soon as possible. The Plaquemines Parish Courthouse was also looking to Resun to get their Courthouse operating again and Resun delivered. In fact, Resun and Plaquemines Parish made history as the first judicial building put back in operation in the State of Louisiana since Hurricane Katrina. The courthouse comfortably holds 160 people, a courtroom, jury box, a jury deliberation room and six restrooms.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The Plaquemines Courthouse, like most of the projects completed in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, represents the best that modular has to offer. A building with all the integrity and aesthetics of a site built structure in half the time of traditional construction. By partnering with ModTech, Resun was able to provide Plaquemines with a total solution and continuity of operations.
