Architectural Excellence : The classroom building consists of four units each 14’ x 76’ to provide four classrooms and an interior ten foot wide hallway and a total of 4,256 square feet. The building was completely renovated and then recertified through the State of Texas recertification process. The exterior was painted to blend with any natural setting.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The renovation included the replacement of the roofing to a new reflective white membrane roof for energy efficiency. New floor covering, exterior wood finish, exterior doors and interior doors were provided to increase durability and to extend the life and possible future use on the lease of the building to the Plano ISD.

Technical Innovation : The building was originally part of a large classroom complex on lease to the University of Texas and then to a charter school in Texas. It was reduced in size to a four unit complex and then renovated to include a new reflective roof, new exterior finish, new doors and new interior finishes. The State of Texas performed all recertification inspections through PFS, the DRA on the project and the building was delivered and setup within 14 days of order.
