Architectural Excellence : This building was constructed using high quality interior finishes to provide both longevity and aesthetic appeal. Attention to colors and textures enable the user to feel more at home rather than at a remote work site. The layout of the building maximizes the usable square footage and still provides comfortable living and working quarters. All services are designed within the unit of enclosed externally including water storage, propane and power generation.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The quality of materials used in the project allows for a longer service life between maintenance intervals and finish upgrades. The reduced weight of the module saves operating costs when relocating the structure, which happens on a regular basis.

Technical Innovation : The floor system of the module had to be designed to incorporate three large heavy duty slide-out landings and maintain structural integrity for shipping and while in service. All the exterior metalwork was constructed with aluminum to reduce the module weight for shipping as well as to provide a superior surface for maintenance as opposed to traditional painted steel components. Unit includes on board water storage, central vacuum, and halogen and LED lighting.
