Architectural Excellence : The Project used Tecno Fast Home standard units, offering a modern architecture and a cozy interior design. The Tecno Fast Home units are designed by the international acclaim Chilean architect Felipe Assadi, creating 10 different standard units, that when put together, create different kinds of houses or lodges depending on the client needs. Hacienda Tres Lagos (Client) is located in the northern part of the Chilean Patagonia, in the Aysén Region. The Hotel is situated in the middle of a virgin and breathtaking landscape, between ancient forests, turbulent rivers, snow-capped mountains and emerald-colored lakes. The Hotel is located between General Carrera Lake, Bertrand Lake and Negro river.
The client wanted to offer his customers a unique experience in Patagonia, a floating lake room; because every lodge in the area has almost the same kind of construction and all focus mainly on adventure tourism. construction and all focus mainly on adventure tourism. With our solution they were able to fulfill two main tasks, give an extraordinary experience to their clients and second, have a quick construction and complete certainty in the cost involved.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : All 10 units are standard and able to be constructed in our production plant, giving us the advantage of better material prices (volume), ability to have units in stock ready for sale and all the benefits of modular construction standard processes.

Technical Innovation : For sustainability, we used only Radiata Chilean pine, for structural and interior finishes. For thermal insulation, we used mineral wool 140mm, 14 kg/m3 density in celling and floor; mineral wool 90mm, 14 kg/m3 density in main and partition walls.
