Architectural Excellence : This 10 module building is installed on a steel skeleton. The modular installation starts on top of a massive electrical distribution hub. And goes up 5 stories from there. This unique build assists the build crews working on assembling the ship components at Irving Shipbuilding Inc. It holds the tool rooms, lunchrooms, locker rooms, washrooms and various facilities to support the work crews at the location.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : This was a cadillac build. Siding, finishes, ductwork this was a very complex build - we had to match the existing structures on site.
