Architectural Excellence : Designed for childcare services this building needed to be functional, versatile, and sturdy. The building also needs to be welcoming and safe environment for preschool children. Working directly with Options Inc, a building was designed that contained many features that would accomplish these goals. Carpeting, as well as vinyl tack board wall coverings was installed in the play area to provide a safe and sturdy environment for play time. Eating areas, restrooms as well as the janitors closest were designed with vinyl flooring and FRP to provide water proofing, and easy clean up.
Installed on an existing school campus the modules were placed onto a prebuilt perimeter foundation to accommodate site restrictions. The modules were easily set and installed onsite with little to no disruption of classes. Exterior finishing’s complement the existing school buildings throughout campus, but set apart the building as a daycare.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Modules were built at our factory and installed onsite in a short amount of time allowing flooring and cabinetry to be installed onsite to maximize quality of workmanship and cost effectiveness.

Technical Innovation : Built with a sloped roof, shingles and perimeter foundation this building has the look and function of a permanent building with relocation ability of a modular building. 2”x6” walls provide excellent efficiency properties as well as strength and durability. Design ideas, building function and versatility considerations were managed to provide an excellent sound structure as well as helping design future buildings for the end user.
