Architectural Excellence : Our client Nova Verde is dedicated to the manufacture of juices and natural ice cream, and due to its rapid and steep growth in the market, it was necessary to expand its entire administrative space. As the current offices were very small and they wanted something fast and of quality, they decided to design their headquarters with us through modular construction. The offices are composed of 7 modules of 33 x 9.8ft and 7 modules of 14.1x9.8sqf. This includes an open space of 1,937.5 sqf where the jobs post of 40 people are located. It also has 2 private offices, 4 meeting rooms and a cafeteria space. Next to 6 bathrooms that have a WC and sink each. A total of 3,229 sqf. This project was delivered turnkey, since we carried out its electrical and sanitary interconnection.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : It was profitable for the customer because of the speed of construction, as they had an explosive growth, both in operations and personnel. Also, our construction facilitates the possibility of growing fast in time if they need to, or to relocate this units to their south brunch. After 5 months from the end of the construction, the customer has been totally satisfied, not generating any after sales or any other additional requirements.

Technical Innovation : The land to install the offices was a parking lot, where the slope exceeded 20%, and because of this we had to absorb this gradient difference with wooden dowels that exceeded 60 cm in height, and to improve the exterior aesthetics we generated a termination covering for the installed plugs. All the lighting was done based on high-efficiency LED lighting, the floor was made by means of a vinyl with a wood finish design and the modules are prepared with insulations against hot summers and cold winters.
