Cost Energy Effectiveness : Based on the reuse alone this was a very cost effective way for Tyson to support our growth with existing fleet.

Technical Innovation : In an effort to reduce waste going to the landfill, Tyson Onsite was able to recondition and reuse an aged complex of 46 floors. The building was idle from the government and Tyson was able to convert each of the individual boxes into fleet friendly units to make a variety of different sized buildings for different applications. We built from double wides up to 13 unit complexes. There were at least 7 different projects we were able to fulfill with this "new" product one of which is a feather in our cap. Kremer Pharmaceutical was in need of a permanent office that will be equal or better than their existing campus of buildings.
