Architectural Excellence : One modular building's (16) floors make up a total of 11,520 sq. ft. of transition space for Fort Gordon. This facility was designed to care for the needs of our troops during the transition time while the orthopedic hospital space was being renovated. There is a fully functional x-ray room and casting room as well as exam rooms.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Icon Construction’s modular buildings meet or exceed all current energy codes. Sustainability begins with Icon’s centrally located U.S. manufacturing plant. The 65,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility utilizes an abundance of natural lighting and other energy saving technologies. Materials utilized in Icon modular buildings include recycled steel, recycled carpet, recycled lumber, LED lighting and double-paned low-E windows as well as various other products. In addition, unused materials are recycled. Icon Construction’s modular manufacturing process allows us to provide a cost-effective modular building solution by managing time spent on construction and by controlling other factors like labor and material costs.
