Architectural Excellence : Aries provided sixteen (16) modules totaling to 12,000 sq ft, as an ISU (InstaSpace Unit) solution. This ISU helped to accommodate the customer’s fast-growing team, in a collaborative environment. The customer prefers to work in a team, rather than alone, which is why the ISU solution was best to provide an open floorplan and space. The interior of the building consisted of VCT flooring and walls, VCT tile, T Grid acoustic ceiling and was accommodated with breakrooms and restrooms throughout the complexes. The exterior of the building consisted of Hardi Panel siding which allowed the customer to attach their vehicle charging stations, for fast charging while in the office.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The reutilization of modular assets allowed the solution to be more cost effective, in regard to temporary space needs. Going with an ISU (InstaSpace Unit) allowed Aries to cut costs for the customer as far as canopies, decks and ramps due to having fewer egress points.
