Architectural Excellence : The project consists in the execution of temporary kindergarten and elementary classrooms, offices, auditoriums, lab, art and music classrooms and restrooms during the construction of the new buildings, taking care of engonomy and safety for the students and administrative staff.
This project was placed over the soccer and basketball courtyards.
The modular construction was selected by the client because of the comfort, agility, safety and the reduced environmental impact.
The architectural design was developed so every block has access to its own interior
play yard and is surrounded by vegetation to interact with nature.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The main aspects to reduce cost in this project were:
1. Fast installation process and kick off, offering a short time for the client to continue their activities.
2. Low demand of contractual personnel and equipment during the installation process, reducing cost.
3. Reusing main and finishing material.
