Architectural Excellence : The Macro Bank fast pace in growth and dissemination of branches demanded an array of mobile brand new units to be quickly deployed around the greater Buenos Aires area.
This branch we designed and built was strategically placed in a usually crowded supermarket parking lot.
It has a built area of 600 SQF plus a surrounding deck.
Despite of the small area involved we optimized the interior design to accommodate capabilities for the provision of different services such, cashier, ATM, commercial desks, treasury, safe deposit boxes, etc; while keeping the bank´s corporate branding and identity usual requirements.
The external cladding was built with cement board on grey colour combined with porcellanato and armored glasses all around the block. The interiors were done in rubber floor, detachable ceiling and wall finishing done in gypsum boards.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The construction schedule was reduced by as much as 85% against other available building systems, saving significant costs in labor, mobilization and demobilization while maintaining a minimum supermarket and parking lot disturbance, due to this critical fact, the onsite installation took just 1 day.

Technical Innovation : The materialization of this construction was resolved in one single module with a structure of 50 ft x 12,33 ft of floor by 12 ft high good enough to accommodate all those program requirements described above. On top of all these things, the critical challenge for the whole project was designing and building in accordance with the Argentine Central Bank standard requirements and protocols for all kinds of bank´s branch facilities in the country. Due to these requirements we shield/armored the external walls and strengthen the whole structure in order to place the ATM, security bunker and Safe cage.
