Architectural Excellence : The wellness clinic at Longview Texas is made up of (6) floors for the 4,984 sq. ft. modular medical facility. Longview Wellness has a warm and inviting sense about it. The Wellness Clinic provides obstetrics, pediatrics, general medicine, family planning, and dentistry. The clinic is equipped with exam rooms, administration offices, a large nurse’s station, a spacious waiting room with a front desk station, cleaning storage closet, a nice size break room, and restrooms. The open waiting room as well as the nurse’s station offers a spacious feel to the patients. Wood tones in the floor blend well with the interior finishes. The look of stone around the base of the building gives a vision of a permanent facility.

Technical Innovation : A Family Medical Facility contains challenges not normally found in a modular building. To allow for maximum patient privacy, exam room walls were extended to the underside of the roof and insulated to full height with sound attenuating insulation. Additionally, this building is equipped with 15 SEER rated split HVAC systems to maximize the energy efficiency of the facility.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : Icon Construction’s modular buildings meet or exceed all current energy codes. Sustainability begins with Icon’s centrally located U.S. manufacturing plant. The 65,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility utilizes an abundance of natural lighting and other energy saving technologies. Materials utilized in Icon modular buildings include recycled steel, recycled carpet, recycled lumber, LED lighting and double-paned low-E windows as well as various other products. In addition, unused materials are recycled. Icon Construction’s modular manufacturing process allows us to provide a cost-effective modular building solution by managing time spent on construction and by controlling other factors like labor and material costs.
