Architectural Excellence : This building was designed as a permanent modular office building for Logoluso Farms in Firebaugh, CA. A below-grade concrete stem-wall foundation was used to eliminate the need of ramping and match the existing concrete slab office buildings located on the property. Architectural elements were incorporated such as a covered entry, 24” roof overhangs and split-brick wainscot to enhance the overall visual appeal of the building. This office building was specifically customized for farm use including interior finishes. The interior features durable linoleum flooring and tape and texture walls.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : A high-efficiency, single phase, split-system HVAC unit was installed to maximize energy efficiency and cost savings. The below-grade foundation and pitched roof system maximizes buildings efficiencies and insulation. The building included a 50-year warranty on the lap siding and the asphalt roof covering limiting the user liability and cost. The use of the lap siding and asphalt roof covering also increased the lifespan of the building.

The roof and building entry were then constructed onsite resulting in a finished roof height of 18’ 2” from grade.
