Architectural Excellence : In order to keep pace with the rapidly growing high school enrollment, Landmark Christian Academy needed a new high school facility for the upcoming school year. The building needed to meet the space requirements as set for the by the State of Georgia for the current and projected enrollment. VESTA design personnel met with the facility staff to discuss the current and two year forecasted enrollment as well as the amenities needed for the facility.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : VESTA Modular, Titan Moduar Systems, and Landmark Christian School collaborated to design a cost effective facility that meets the needs of the school with the ability to relocate the facility in two years once permanent additions are complete. Classroom construction options that were explored included leasing existing facilities off site which carried a renovation and lease cost more than the modular solution, as well as a 180 day time frame. With a total project completion time of 140 days, the modular solution was the smart time and cost option leaving the school with an owned asset verses the lease option.

The configuration also allowed for two main exits to decrease congestion at the end of the school day as well as a fast exit should an emergency occur. Combined with gang toilet facilities, a teachers restroom, and janitors facilities, the facility also features Zoned HVAC systems providing each classroom with its own AC unit/thermostat.
