Architectural Excellence : The use of modern materials was utilized providing architectural details for pleasing aesthetics. A combination of EFIS, brick, Reynobond metal cladding for the parapet all combined to provide an impressive first impression for patients. The interior was designed for patient comfort and doctors' efficiency.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Modular construction cut the hospitals normal square footage cost by twelve to twenty percent. We cut construction time by fifty percent. In addition, modular construction did not add to the hospitals personnel's daily hour requirements. They still were able to work their normal forty hour work week. Efis was utilized in areas instead of stone to reduce cost of maintenance. Not only did Efis improve appearance, it also improved energy efficiency by twenty percent.

Technical Innovation : The customer was not sure their marketing concept would work. They scaled back the square footage because we could design a modular structure which would enable them to add an x-ray modular later with a minimum amount of disruption during operation.
