Architectural Excellence : Top color is a Chilean company with a focus on pigment concentrates (Masterbatch) for the plastic industry. The client's requirement was based on the need to quickly and flexibly renovate the company's testing laboratory offices. We were contacted by its architect, in order to design an avant-garde model that generates added value to the aesthetics of the land and that meets the quality standards that the clients needed. The building counts with the union of 8 modules of 3 x 9 mts painted black, forming a total area of 216 m2. Considering double door aluminum frame with hydraulic arms. Internally it considers a free floor with internal staircase, first floor for study and validation of samples with electrical connections for machinery at one end of the module. Second floor considers space for storage of material and samples. This land was used to collect materials and garbage. Which freed the entrance of dirt and debris, providing visual beauty of the land.
Cost Energy Effectiveness : The mode of installation is through the union of the 8 units on terrain, in such a way that the assembly work is minimum. The building was planned and built in such a way that in the case of being relocated and installed in another area, the building would not suffer deterioration without loss of materials and without the need to reinvest in its preparation and material acquisition.

Technical Innovation : The main new incorporation of the project is that the modules left the automated plant 100% finished, with fire detection systems, burglar detection and alarms, cctv systems and fine wire fuse current systems. The building also has a freight elevator for samples.
