Architectural Excellence : The exterior design of the building was created to provide the greatest image for the real estate client. Likewise, the interior was designed to be functional and comfortable for the employees and the clients. They also have a small area for children to play.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The building has only one load center. On site we made numerous electrical crossovers. We worked together with the customer to provide various types of lighting to make the building more comfortable for customers.

Technical Innovation : To give the appearance of a permanent building, the exterior wall was constructed of hardi-panel fiber cement siding with elastomeric caulk and painted. The recessed entry had a double 2’ x 12’ header and one support column. The floor in the entry has a ? inch slope to the side of the building.
