Architectural Excellence : In November 2013, three months prior to the beginning of the next school the public kindergarten school system under management of the city of Buenos Aires faced an unexpected increase on the admission demand levels to be fulfilled 90 days later.
To satisfy such demand of new admissions the government of Buenos Aires, request Ruca Panel to build 3 brand new modular kindergarten schools. We provided to kids and teacher a beautiful place to learn, work and socialize with a total surface of 12626 sq ft.
High ceilings between teaching rooms provided naturally daylight and all these rooms were designed and surrounded by wide indoor playground plus kitchen, dining room, restrooms, administration office with handicapped capabilities. Each Classroom has its own outdoor expansion area to provide a higher quality teaching environment.
The Building was finished with cement board painted in different colours and the windows carpentry was done in pre-painted aluminum and armored glass.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : The construction schedule was reduced by as much as 70% against other building systems, saving significant costs in labor, mobilization and demobilization. The Project was built according to the Buenos Aires building codes for schools and other education facilities.

Technical Innovation : We built these schools with a 90 % offsite building system by using 24 units of 20 ft by 10 ft by 10 ft high. The roofed patio ceiling was done with 14 reinforced individual roof panels made by Ruca Panel. To minimize air conditioning equipment requirements we added fiberglass insulation and thermo acoustic ceiling panels. Design, manufacture, and final assembly was done entirely by Ruca Panel.
