Architectural Excellence : Designed, Fabricated, Transported and Installed for Devon Canada, the “Jackfish II CMT Office” floor plan combines two operational teams connected via integral corridors. The intention of the design is to cohesively provide the ebb and flow of teams of people, mountains of information, and ‘live” engineering reports to the head office located in Calgary and Oklahoma.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Fabricating a project to this scope is cost effective in the controlled climate of the factory and totally lacking in cost effectiveness during installation in the middle of nowhere.
How do we provide our customer with some sense of satisfaction to offset the site costs? We smarten the utility systems up by marketing the latest technologies in power, fuel and water consumption. Integrated in these systems are high efficient appliances, low wattage electrical lighting and low volume washroom appliances. The cost recovery of the initial site construction are recoverable over time.

The building was designed to be “Smart” in order to protect the customer proprietary technology. You may have a key to get in but unless you have a card you can access nothing.
