Architectural Excellence : This project utilizes eight 12x60 modules with a site built “bump-out” integrated with three of the modules that became the men and women’s prayer area. Folding partitions divide the prayer areas. The balance of the building consists of two counseling rooms, three offices, a media center, a library, cold kitchen, men and women’s restrooms, and a janitor closet. There is an extra wide corridor with a total of eight closets and double doors leading to the prayer room. The exterior of the building around the entire perimeter features groupings of three windows with an arched window above the center of each grouping. The main entry and the prayer area egress have double doors.
Special features include a domed cupola with crescent on top; a large deck across the entire front of the building leads to a handicap ramp and 24-foot wide wrap around steps. A large canopy with a special logo covers the main entry. The project is the first phase of construction on a 20-acre site.

Cost Energy Effectiveness : Our concurrent construction methods enable us to build the modules in the factory and prepare the site foundation simultaneously. Factory engineering of the building and local structural foundation engineering allows the building permit application and review process to be in progress during the factory manufacturing process.
The building is equipped with energy saving ballasts and T-8 fluorescent tubes. The Bard heating and air conditioning units are equipped to use three-phase 120-208 power from the local utility.

Technical Innovation : This project has special foot wash troughs, a shower, two 40-gallon water heaters and a special mixing valve to maintain consistent water temperature. A new well was drilled and a septic system was installed, as this is a remote site having no city utilities available. The building is equipped with a self-contained fire sprinkler system including an underground water storage tank. Site power was delayed and the factory-completed buildings were stored off-site until the property was ready for the buildings to be delivered.
